Mini crab / fish cakes (whatever the fishmonger has that’s good and local), baked asparagus and seedling salad
Welsh black beef and wild mushroom pie (or an alternative for veggies and mushroom haters), creamed potatos and leeks, purple sprouting broccoli
Rhubard and cointreau cranachan, or local icecream, rhubarb and orange compote
Local cheeses, crackers and coffee
We still have a few spaces left for our May Day celebration it would be lovely to have a full night to celebrate labour day with lots of good British dishes made from local produce….
