Seasonal preserving masterclass at Conwy Feast 2012
I am often sent or offered products to review. I only write about products that I am happy to use myself and feel are of outstanding quality. I will wherever possible use those products in an original recipe that can then be used by the company for their own publicity. I also attend events and courses as a guest. In this case I will always make it clear that I am a guest and will not let that affect my overall reporting. I try to write with openness and honesty.
Writing and recipe development:
I am also available for appearances, demonstrations or workshops. I am a regular demonstrator at Conwy Feast, one of North Wales largest food festivals, Portmeirion winter craft and produce market and one of the founders of the Menai Seafood Festival, Menai Bridge.
